These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Owtrue (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Using Owtrue
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Owtrue. You are responsible for your account, the content you publish, and the activity of end users within your workspace. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@owtrue.com.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or collect data without consent.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you and your end users submit. You grant Owtrue a limited licence to host and display that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Availability & changes
We work hard to keep Owtrue available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owtrue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
