How do I add Owtrue to my product?

Paste a single <script> tag before your closing </body>. It works with Next.js, React, Vue, or any CMS — no build step or package to install. The widget appears as a launcher your users can open anywhere.

What's inside the widget?

Four sections you can turn on or off: an Ideas board (post, vote, comment), a Progress roadmap, Announcements, and a Feedback form. You control which appear and how they look in the live builder.

Do my users need to create an account?

No. Visitors can browse, vote, and submit anonymously. If you already identify your users, you can pass their details so their activity is tied to them — but a login is never required.

Will the widget clash with my site's styles?

No. The widget renders inside a Shadow DOM, so your site's CSS can't leak in and the widget's styles can't leak out. It looks the same on every site.

Can I also run surveys?

Yes. Build NPS, CSAT, poll, or open-feedback surveys and trigger them by time on page, scroll depth, or exit intent — with frequency caps so users aren't nagged.
